This industry is going to have explosive profits for at least the next few qtrs...Probably its my guess that it can continue for the next 2 years ( but honestly in todays world I cant see that far out)....With summer coming up, demand strengthening, the situation in Japan, all point to not only WNR's revenues going much higher, but likely true for most of the refining sector. I am not much one for technicals...Ok, maybe it is breaking out. But fundamentally , like I have been saying all along, WNR will be in the mid 20's in the near term.. And if things stabilize , it could even go in to the high 20 to low 30 range in the next few qtrs. No hype again intended at all. I always say, if you are shorting WNR its not a problem at all for me. Og right ahead and short away.. Analysts are always late to the party. Likely they are waiting to hear the earnings and CC, then you will probably see more upgrades....Hope these refining stocks can stay mostly clear of CNBC! I love it as far off the radar as possible.D
Crack spreads continue to widen. I can't believe I saw $3.79 gas today! This is getting really bad. I don't mind tho, since I have WNR to make up for whatever losses the gas prices cause me and MUCH more.
