Hi Dale, did you survive your fireside drink-a-thon :) Oh ya, and the dig out today? We got a lot of sleet before the snow, so my car was encased in a block of ice :)
I have no idea of the value of WNR doing a MLP. I strongly believe it will happen this year because they have talked about it in prev. CC's and presentations such as the one on Feb. 5th. But if it's worth it for them to do one, then it should add another $4 a share or more depending on the size of the IPO. I don't think they would mess with it for less then that and potentially could be far bigger.
I would think they will wait untill completion of the logistics project to Bone Springs, but before a logistic project at Gallup to transport new oil from the San Juan Basin.
I still own some HFC as do you. Between the two it's been a great trip. Try to make hay this year. 2014 brings the openning of the So. Keystone XL and also the expiration of the convertible notes in mid-year. Those notes could mean the dilution of as many as 20 million shares. WNR is trying to buy back share to soften that impact, but at current prices it's very costly.
EVSI is about the same..CBK is moving nicely lately. Got a foot of snow and my neighbor plowed us out. Think Ill hang onto WNR for a qtr. or two. Like the idea that they are small enough to be boughtout and the outside chance of oil disruption in the Mid East and the MLP..
