I don't know much about "C" except they are nearly owned by the Treasury. UWBK has zero Govt. involvement.
There really is no comparison though. This is a regional bank that exists in Colorado and C well you know the story. I see this as a more stable place for money. but I would expect a pull back on this since that's been the trend. Typically revisits the $4.0 range weekly.
I can't tell whether the move from $30 mil to $25 mil debt was because UWBK wanted to pay it off or because Chase required that the credit limit be reduced. Chase is certainly a competitor even tho its Goliath vs UWBK David here. Do you think JPM is trying to rein in UWBK's expansion plans?
I'm not sure if this news is good, bad, or means nothing. I'd like to hear some other people's opinions.
