Substantial news that could lead to revenue or a buyout in the near future or news meant to prop the stock price up near $5.
You know they want it propped up for when they go for their inevitable next round of funding right?
I am just talking dollars and cents here. Please tell me how they will fund their ongoing existence as a company. What's their burn rate of cash?
Let's face it without substantial news the next round of shares will probably be priced below Friday's closing price of $4.30 and they probably won't be inviting most of the longs here in at that price. Eh, then again if they do what I suggest gravity will take the stock to that price.
Again, this is just common sense. Tell me why I am wrong or why I am right.
Disclosure: Holding a very small position relative to my portfolio of $5 March 16 2013 put contracts purchased for $.65/contract. I won't be losing big or winning big on this, although I could have cashed out for a nice percentage profit yesterday.
