    Biotime Lifemaps increasing subscribers

LifeMap 2MIL view count and growing! Growing subscribers is good news for revenues. Many scientist are able to use LieMaps for free which reminds me of when Microsoft made Word a free program at first. Smart move Dr. West!

"Life map" when it was purchased from its creditors could barely sustain 1 job slot. That problem has not changed, except the creditors did ok.

    • Glycosan should also help with revs, and hopefully all our hESC research lines will start to make a dent as well. I would think that BTX will also apply for CIRM grants, i think the applications are due in July, so should hear something in the Summertime. Good news is that CIRM's was recently critiqued for giving too much to Universities, so maybe this time around small/medium sized innovative companies like Biotime could see some follow through. We did recieve 2 MIL a few years back for ACTcellerate, maybe this time around maybe see a reprogramming grant.

    • It could be. It would be interesting to see what he feels the realistic revenue potential for these services are in the current year.

Perhaps they have previously provided expectations or?

Anyhow, good luck. I try not to invest on blind faith. Of course I'm not investing long here. I am trading against this stock in the very short term.

I guess with biotechs if you are a true stem cell/ biotech investor you spread your seed money among the best opportunities you find and hope to hit a few home runs. What's a good percentage rate for those or singles, doubles and triples for that matter? Of course then there are outs including strike outs and double plays. I wonder where this one will fare longer term? I have no idea but the very short term was already pumped up to near $5 from the low $3's which drew me into the stock on the short side of things.
