Question: Is BTX headed for $10 again?
Answer: Yes, only a matter of months. Seriously doubt it will take longer than a year to get there considering all that this company has going on.
Next week Dr. West will have an update on the biz plan and patent estate. Cancer diagnostic product PancX strategy will be revealed by years end. My guess is that additional gene markers will be added, along with antibody & peptide targets now that the Supreme court ruled genes can't be patented.
Lots of new patents.....watch the latest video(on the BTX website 'video update series'), Dr. West talks about patent lifespan and how the new generation of pharma drugs will be cellular therapy....AND how stem cell drugs will be so hard to create generic copies, that once the patents expire chances are not many other companies will have the technology or know how.....and if they do the FDA might required clinical trials once more!
So if Dr. West is correct in building this deep patent estate, then we are in good shape for decades to come.
$10?.....it's coming, and possibly double that in 2014 when we have multiple regen IND's.
Cornell and Biotime's cancer therapy might be mainstream in 6-10, but our diagnostics in 2-3.
Billions to be made in Cartilage, heart, bone, cosmetic surgery, brain, eye, and cancer, if our IP becomes the standard then we will surely be worth billions. Let's hope Dr. West is right!
Next week's video update might shed some light on our cancer diagnostics timeframe. If you remember we did shoot up to $10 when the cancer tests were first announced two years ago. Since then Cornell and BTX have been hush hush. My guess is that the Supreme Court news will help Biotime considerably, i even go so far to say that they will announce that their cancer diagnostics is the most advanced in the world. If i am right you will see a jump to $20. Cornell does have one of the most respected and advanced hospitals in the world.
