just arrived. Maybe it was a big one. Who knows? There's the shippers, packers and one hundred other employees that see the shipment go out. They've all got family and friends that might like to make a buck or two.
For those that don't know, Integrity Direct sends out its latest two CDs every month or so. There's no cards to fill out and they're regular CD prices too. I think it makes the CDs more exciting - the new releases. It also develops a raport between the company and customers. Like Gillette making their profits on razors blades rather than shavers, the real profits come from the Hosannah customers. The business may build the customer base but the customer base keeps the business.
