Thanks for the update. Not only did Gabelli Funds make their modest initial purchase of ITGR, but big shareholder Financial & Investment Managment Group boosted their stake to 11.2% from 10.5% during the March quarter.
We'll see this summer if these two firms continued their accumulation in the June quarter. Hopefully Gabelli will continue to buy this year and then plugs the stock in Barron's Roundtable early next year.
For those who believe a double digit "takeout" price is not realistic for ITGR over the next year to 18 months, may I point out today's announced acquisition of another small-cap media company,TMRK (Trimark Pictures)for $10 per share. This stock sold for $3 a share in January,2000! IMO, the ITGR value story is much more compelling but it only goes to show that nobody on Wall Street is really paying attention to the true underlying value of some of these low-cap companies.TMRK was one of the very few remaining independent film companies with a substantial library ,and when the right acquisitive buyer sought to purchase a company in this genre, they had to pay a significant premium to get a prime indie player.May the same fate await our little gem down the road!
