    I agree that
    if ITGR was offered for sale, someone would buy it
    for at least $8 a share, which is less than 6 times
    EBITDA.

    But I doubt Coleman will sell now with the stock so
    low and operations looking like they're moving
    strongly in the right direction. And next year, if results
    continue to improve, he'll view this success as
    confirmation that selling out was the wrong move. I guess the
    only scenario that I see a sale of the firm anytime
    soon is in the event that operations falter, and I see
    no evidence of this.

    Of course, I hope I'm
    wrong and you're right, and that there's a bidding war
    for ITGR in 2001 that results in the sale of the firm
    for far greater than 6 times EBITDA!
