    Special Shareholder Meeting 1-29-2009

I have news for you. The conversion is already baked into the pie.

Why would IBCP do a reverse split?

A reverse split will not help the bank.

The housing market is making a come back. If anything the company will buy back shares as conditions improve.

Shareholders would also have to approve a reverse split. It would never be approved.

Why are you ho hell bent of putting fear on this board?

    • Keeper--the bit about reverse split is sarcasm by dad, but you have said over and over on this board to quote facts backed up by data, what is your basis to say the potential dilution is reflected in the current price? I'm not trying to be argumentive or negative just tell me what you are thinking? Is it related to dilution of current book value? Please enlighten me.
