I am in the medical field (cardiac intensive care) and I can tell you that this device has and will replace old technology. Do your research on LVADs and compare them to this new device.....you will see what I mean.
That is what the market is seeing, thus the recent run-up.
I hope it somehow drifts down into the mid-upper teens again so that there is a good entry point. Otherwise, if management strings together another few strong quarters, 20 will never be seen again.
And of course, if there is a takeover, it has to happen in the next year, or else it will be too late for some large acquirer to get it for a decent valuation, given the potential. Right now, I would think that somebody could get it around 30; if such an offer came in, Minogue would be hard pressed to turn it down.
