    • Yes, I like this firm since its research discovers undervalued, under-followed or misunderstood stocks by Wall Street like ACTU.

      B. Riley
Headquartered in Los Angeles, with offices in San Francisco, New York, and Newport Beach, B. Riley is a NASD member firm providing research and trading ideas to institutional clients and high net worth individuals, and investment banking services to a wide range of middle-market private and public companies. Founded in 1997, the firm began by successfully targeting small capitalization California-based companies and has won a reputation for providing proprietary, unbiased and often contrarian Equity and High Yield research coverage of companies that are under-followed or misunderstood by Wall Street.
At B. Riley, we are singularly focused on under-valued small to mid-cap companies on the West Coast by identifying possibilities where no one else is looking, we achieve superior long-term returns for our clients.

Oh yes that is a great one. ACTU was discovered (and overvalued about 5 years ago when they were on the cover of Money Magazine. It's neem a long downhill ride since then. You're a little behind the times.

Wall Street had (and still has) their number. They release a sub-par reporting tool (because they always fire their engineers when their sales can't "hit a number") and still after 5 years have ZERO MARKET SHARE. That is a tough market to compete in.

Anyway that is my logic as to why nobody should invest in this company.
