Actuate settled with Oracle and now can get to business on integrating Xenos with Birt. We should all be excited because their relationship with Oracle will now be stronger than ever. Who knows maybe Actuate will buy pack ten million dollars worth of shares next quarter. We have all seen small cap stocks like Actuate grow from under $5 let’s hope the good news continues.
Isn't it amazing how before this is announced the stock goes up 4% that day, but no one is to know.
Not coincidental at all.
Bimmertx.....Is it possible , some one knew what court room it was in & sat their & listen.....it is open to the public...I guess.....what do you think???
Bimmertx...I am now in San Antonio....Love that tex-mex food....was in Houston a couple of weeks ago , to visit with a former Mr Texas in Muscle Building....old friend of mine...
Taiwiener..This also shows that ACTU's contracts will hold up in court....That sends a great message to IBM , whom lost the motion to have the case dismised.....Now , IBM should fall in line....
Like Pete said , " we are not going to be bullied around....I knew Pete was confident on the CCall.....
Now ACTU will pick up 1.3 mill extra per Q , PLUS the new revenues that ORCL will have to start paying for current usage.....That could add 10% more revenues going forward....Can anyone help add to what I am saying...
Then , add IBM in , then , add all ACTU is doing , with XENOS , AAPL...etc....this should be fun....
