This cuts all ways. On the good side, flonase is supplied by 3 generic companies (plus hitk), one is produced in Canada (I believe), and there was a problem a couple of years ago that resulted in a price jump and an opening for hitk - I think they ( the Canadian company), won't do this to themselves again. Another competitor is from India, but they are an American subsidiary and produce it here (I think Illinois).
Hitk has a product it is importing from France, although it has been a difficult row - this may make it harder.
Maybe Hitk has other competitors that might be hurt on other products. But they can't have as much of an effect as a boost for flonase.
This shouldn't act as a distraction from what this company needs to do - produce good products, get products approved by the fda, and sell them.
