Question...does Miller's performance YTD worry you? He trails the S&P by 9% and is ranked dead last in Large Blend. Will he be forced to liquidate some of his 22 Million shares? Legg owns 91 M shares so I assume the other Legg funds will not want to hold if Miller sells.

I really don't know much about Miller or Legg other than the killer record of S&P outperformance over fifteen years. Obviously, the probability this outperformance is the product of luck alone is astronomically high. This puts him in the category of Lynch and Buffett and a few others.

Forced to liquidate? By whom? With his record, I doubt you'd have a flood of redemptions based on poor year-to-date performance, but I don't know.

Why would he ride it down, then sell? Why sell now? If you believe in it, you double-down. That's what I'm doing.

I often disagree with your conclusions about AMZN, but you usually have a good thought process. In this case, I have to tell you your lack of knowledge of the key holder of AMZN is startling as is your shallow thought process. I've already posted my views...no need to repeat it.
