Amazon is paying the highest ever price for an office building over 100,000 square feet in Seattle at around $644 per square foot. That is more than double the average rate of $308 per square foot for the city's office space.
I guess when you live in the false reality of Amazon, why not pay double the going rate! Cost is irrelevant only revenue matters. Hey, it will all work out somehow!

No. It's not out the window. It will contribute to increase Amazon's current asset and could double or triple in the future if the real estate market in Seattle continues to increase in value as it has been of late.
