It is looking really bad for Amazon...

    1. They had to borrow money for the first time in 15 years, Forget what cramer said, this is really bad when you have to borrow to meet your obligations.
    2. For the first time in their history they put their best selling item of all time on sale( the kindle and today the kindle fire), that tells me they are falling short of their sales expectations and by putting the kindle line (which is already a money loser)on sale to meet sales expectations they will miss big on their earnings by at least 100 million dollars.
    3. They over subscribed Amazon Prime and can't handle it. I am a prime member and they are offering me incentives not to use prime this holiday season.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell
