I'm not gonna pay jacked up back taxez, bezos optionz salary, and new luxury ware housez and office buildingz, plus stupid bond debt obligationz". Then they'll go down to cosco, wmt, or bby to look at it and buy it for less. It will be a vicious negative reinforcing cycle until amzn turnz into ostk.
Amazon has never been the cheapest in everything. There are always stores that have special promotions if you take the time to shop for them and we have frequently bought away from amazon. But (as for example eBay sellers) - will they ship by the next day? Are the shipping costs reasonable? Will they take an item back with no questions asked?
