    • (1) Bad day to report and (2) they set expectatyions very high at their analyst day a couple of weeks ago.

Amazon could react either way tomorrow - this may be a sign of consumer weakness, or that eBay didn't take AMZN share.

      • Some consumerz aren't weak at all. The 1 percenterz that directly benefit from uncle benz helicopter drops can buy plenty of #$%$ , unfortunately they shop at high end storez in rxotic citiez across the globe, attend art auctionz, and deal debt distressed realestate with promise (not crack house rentalz in the inner city unless they are going to level blocks of them for other usez). Amzn, ebay, ostk, wmt, kmart, and anyone else dealing on line trash for the sheeple do not fit the model of the 1% shopperz that do there transactionz from pebble beach or vale. Now the sheeple consumerz - they are weak. They are stuck with the 2% payroll tax, and the bill for benz spending spree on the 1% erz while their savingz make no money and the markets bleed after the 1% erz cash out on the sheeplez baggie 401k's and pensionz after enjoying a nice 5 year run up for they stox that they scalped or were given for free az compensation in the great american shake out of '08....
