    Sell float scams, buy gold

Best way to preserve wealth is to get it out of financial assets... Price discovery has taken place in gold and takes place on a continuous basis in the real economy. The best way everyone can fight back against the rigged system is to "definancialize" the economy and rotate to real/productive assets....

    • Question: Let me ask you: If you really believe it is a scam, then by borrowing shares and then selling them, (or buying Put options which is essentially the same concept) aren't you essentially participating in the scam by trying to profit from it in reverse? I'm not saying that doing so is illegal, but neither is it illegal to bid it higher if one wants to do so, which means that it is not defined as a scam. Right or wrong? If you think I'm right, then you really aren't being altruistic with your remarks; rather, they such seem to be self serving.

      • "but neither is it illegal to bid it higher " ROFLMAO Now that`s a funny one..... companies are cooking books as far as they can, MMs and hedgies work together to pop scams and profit from it....

Big dudes push scams to profit from derivatives, bonus, bearer shares, squeezed shorts, etc and at the end in the final process try to trap bags to unload.....

It`s illegal to CRUSH down a stock EVEN if it`s a scam, but it`s REALLY legal to pump any scam(a la bre-x, enron etc) by cooking numbers, bribing hedgies/analyst/institutions..... even the Fed participate to it....

        etc etc etc.......

      • Actually, you are wrong. I fully disclose my interest in seeing Amazon's price go down. Further, I am an immaterial fraction of the ownership of the shares of this stock. In contrast, certain institutions (and insiders) control a material portion of the overall float. If they, in tacit concert with certain quant funds (whether signaled through technicals or other mechanisms), act to "paint the tape" it is very different and likely illegal, although proving illegality is a different matter...

They are altruistic in that I could keep all this to myself. Disclosing to the board does nothing to move the price in my direction (as the purchasing power here of retail shorts is immaterial to $170B market cap), but does allow for critical discussion of the underlying fundamentals and the float manipulation that has driven this insanity.

Price discovery will happen. I suspect legal discovery will follow. But, the more institutions put the pumper forecasts to paper (in the form of divergent recommendations), the more vulnerable they make themselves to recourse...

      • Scam is the word used by an Amazon short to mean that he made a bad, bad move and is getting killed again and again on his short. It does not mean what it means to normal people. Translation: it means the short made another of many dumb moves but is never big enough to admit to his folly.

    • Techstrategy's hobby is to come up with "theories" after "theories" why AMZN should go down. He's been doing it for almost two years now and none of this "theories" has proven to be right.

    • Gold, huh? Yep, you're cookoo for cocoa puffs alright...................

    • well said buy Silver and Gold and get out of the phony money and phony stocks like AMZN priced at infinite levels. A lot of these demented longs on this board act like there is some kind of short squeeze going on in this stock. Not true at all less than 2% of the float if short. So what you have is morons who can't pay high enough prices for a vastly overpriced stock like AMZN that btw EVERYONE is already long. Whenever the market finally gets hit or some bad news comes out in this stock it is going to get hit hard as most are already very long it already and again it only has a tiny short interest.

      Sentiment: Strong Sell
