DuPont Management Peverts Dr. Martin Luther King's Dream!

DuPont Diversity Functions By Colour & Gender Preferences

    THE WEAK IN REVIEW

Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag, Buenos Dias, Konichiwa,

Readers, it was fifty years ago, on Aug. 28, 1963, that the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King stood on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D. C. and put forth his paradigm for the nation, in pertinent part...

" I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the colour of their skin but by the content of their character.

    I have a dream today!"

Ironically, DuPont's big bosses have perverted Dr. King's Dream. They have mandated a merit-free DuPont Diversity model which functions on the basis of colour and gender preferences, old-fashioned affirmative action quotas if you will, for hiring and promotional advancement. Character and merit take a back seat on the employment bus, destination Fortress Wilmington. DuPont has turned Dr. King's Dream upside down, and in doing so has divided and demoralised the workplace of DuPont.

As an investor, we see DuPont's dysfunction ultimately redounding to the benefit of shareholders of DuPont's superior-managed competitors, such as BASF, Monsanto, Syngenta, where the focus is on the individual and her or his talent and character.

Merely THE WEAK IN REVIEW digitally penned by one individual investor and long-time student of the

    DuPlicitous and divided DuPont...funfun..
