Jack living up to the reputation of his profession again

Wonder why lawyers have a reputation for dishonesty?

I pointed out how LINE is underperfoming the Alerian index (ticker ^AMZX) and he quoted all my text but inserted ticker AMLP all through my text. AMLP is an ETF and is NOT the Alerian index. I have never owned or suggested anyone own any MLP ETF or ETN. Why pay management fees? - you get better returns by investing in the individual MLPs, as I do. And I have never mentioned the ETF AMLP anytime in any post on any board.

Either Jack doesn't understand the difference between an index and an ETF or he was being deliberately dishonest. Most likely the latter as he quoted all my text, removed all references to ^AMZX and substituted AMLP all the way through my text.

No wonder lawyers have a bad reputation.
And I think it's clear who was the imposter since Jack under his own name now is resorting to editing and falsifying other people's posts to make them say something quite different than intended. Looks like Jack was the imposter all along, only now he is doing it out in the open.

And it was all in an attempt to deflect attention from the fact that LINE (and other LLCs) have underperformed the Alerian index as a whole and many MLPs within that index.

Since the Alerian index (which contains the top 50 MLPs capitalization weighted, thus the vast majority of all total MLP market cap) esentially IS the MLP sector, Jack and his picks underperform even investor952's throwing a dart method of selecting MLPs. You could actually beat the index just by buying all the MLPs EXCEPT the ones Jack recommends. My cat could get better performance than Jack purely by random selection as Jack's picks underperform the sector as a whole (yet he still insists they are best based on some static stationary theory or some other gobbledigook).
