I had expected LINE and LNCO to trade in relatively parallel fashion from here on. But at the moment LINE is up .44 and LNCO .05. Does that make LNCO a bargain or is LINE overpriced? . . . Or something else.
10 million shares, Roger? That's one third of the offering. And it doesn't quite make sense to me. They could easily sell loads at $36.50, collect their 6%, and leave it to investors to sell at a nice short-term profit should they choose. Still, maybe they're just greedy and want to make loads for themselves. Here's a question, though: What's your source for this information?
