I've really tried Norris, but welcome to ignore.

    • Boy, you must be a man of enormous patience to wait so long while enduring the pious babble of a sanctimonious faux-Christian hypocrite. It's been almost a year since I wiped out his spiral-eyed zealotry. I found the man to be a negative, anger-driven promulgator of self-righteous truthiness. And based on other posters' responses to him, it seems that he hasn't changed. Thank heavens for the Ignore option!

      • May Ron^3 has a long life and one day move beyond his repetitive counting of repeating his first year of investment experience.

The concept of duration is an important one. So if you are not familiar with it, I would very much appreciate my fellow Americans taking a moment to click it up and research it. No American should be proud of their own investment tool bag filled with self fashioned prehistory or pre-writing stone tools.

Given interest rates are so artificially low and individual investors are underweight equity and free market economic and investing is not a zero sum game but rather a grow the entire economy activity - I would very much appreciate Americans taking a moment to understand what makes the risks in owning government bonds greater than ever before.

    • I wont put him on ignore as he provides a friend of mine( a clinical psychologist) with good material.
