makes sense as long as the demand is there. LNCO trading at a premium since DEc, and the differential just increases. One could think that the discount of Line shares is to to an impending, but known, offering - but then the differential would have jumped over a shorter time frame - maybe, 1 week or less. At least that's been my experience with insider info entering the market.
LNCO is just a holding company to borrow from. So if a SPO is done it would be through LINE wouldn't it. Or would they issue new shares to LNCO directly. CVRR has had its pullback today as well. As i thought it would. I can;t figure out what norris wrote and how it relates to LINE now. But then again he probably has No idea either of what he said.
