That was the first thing that occurred to me. It will have the affect of magnifying the drop in the stock price, scarying the uninformed out of their shares. Barrons should be investigated or share holders of LINE/LNCO should file a class action lawsuit for stock price manipulation.

How about interviewing somebody like Leon Cooperman for the article. When I first bought Linn there was rampant talk of a dividend cut and it yielded 15%, worked out pretty well for me.
Barrons tends to do this a lot. I have had this in my long term acct since 2008 on the crash. I moved a lot of my money in it just for the Div. I might add to my postion today if it sells off enough. As long as they don't cut the Div i think it's a long term hold.
