Some nice easy to understand write ups on the site.
The propane price increase is very nice for LINE. It is sad that ethane did not move with natural gas.
1,050,000 Btu's of heat per MCF of Natural Gas.
Ethane has 65,869 Btu per gallon.
16 gallons of ethane = mcf of nature gas btu.
So ethane in $0.09 more expensive than natural gas.
What a waste.
Our ethane prices offers 100% more operating margin on ethylene compared to manufactures around the world using naphtha input.
But again like our forecast light oil production, our companies are simply not investing to take advantage of a tidal wave of ethane which is coming. So those companies around the world with naphtha inputs can hand in.
Is it really to much to expect the President of the United States to get involved and encourage capital investment? We need crony capitalist $12 billion for wind credits rather than understanding why this economic home run is not happening?
