There was a Bid for 15k shares today just before the close. SIF was trading at $14.00 at the time. A few of those shares went JUST before the close but not many. A very good sign. Perhaps, a deal is close.
13.5k bid at 14.54 just before the close. HSR, a small aerospace and defense company was just bought out at a 60% premium.
I forgot the most important part. The Bid was at 14.13. Above the last trade at the time.
