Does this fund invest in adjustable yields? I own JRO, and am also looking at PFLT. I don't think the Fed can keep rates low forever.
Just saw Jonathan Hoenig recommend this stock on Fox's "Cost of Freedom" block.
It is my understanding that the fund's components invest in adjustable yields.
Sentiment: Hold
Which is similar to Fido's FFRHX fund. Now where's the so-called "high income" from these funds? The risk reward needs to be more comensurate.
The risk/reward is commensurate. Not sure about BKLN but FFRHX invests in higher quality paper paying less but is more stable. Also lack of leverage makes it more stable. Make a chart comparing FFRHX with PPR, JRO and VVR all of which yield more but are far more volatile. I own the last 3 mentioned. You pay your money and you take your choice. Believe BKLN will be in the lower yielding more stable group but need more time for a history to develop.
