Didn't Volkswagen close the Westmoreland plant back in the 90's? So they have one new plant in TN. Kia has a grand total of one plant in GA. Compare that to GM plants in TN, KY, KS, MO, IN, NY, TX, OH, 2 in MI, plus other stamping and powertrain plants.
