You didn't read about the two hedge funds, aka vulture funds that were funding the failed Hostess company? Of the two unions involved the stories said that the Teamsters had accepted a huge wage reduction, but the Baker's Union did not. The management in the middle says they will sell the brands and the factories. That appears to be what the Baker's Union wants
I don't know who is who in this story - but clearly the Confederates in this thread don't either..
Another example where the union believes they own the company and not the stock holders. And union says that we are good for the country? How do they justify the loss of 18,500 jobs?
It is terrible how companies must close because of unions.
