GM bailed out by US then moves to China!

I'm looking into never buying a GM product which would be nothing new for me.

      • GM UAW MEMBERS CAN BUILD CARS AND TRUCKS WHILE GETTING DRUNK. They can not be fired for this or doing drugs . No wonder so many defective GM cars coming down the line. Looks like GM trucks will be next division to go belly up. Oh well the Ram trucks had a 27% increase as Gm trucks went to number three. People do not like the new redesigned 2014 GM pickups. They laugh at the square wheels. Oh well GM china may have to start chipping in a bunch of cash or let the truck fail. RECALLS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. Not to mention that GM is spending over a million dollars a day just on rental cars seven days a week.

Normally, I just glance at posts from the lunatic fringe, but I have to admit this one caught my eye. "I'm looking into never buying a GM product which would be nothing new for me." Am I the only one that finds this sentence a bit strange? Let's look at this in parts.

"I'm looking into never buying a GM product..."

Hmmm. I think that would imply that this poster is evaluating whether or not it is even possible not to buy another GM product. I can answer that for you sir, it definitely IS possible. There are plenty of alternatives out there for you.

"....which would be nothing new for me."

So, you've looked into this before? And what was the conclusion to that investigation? Is it, in fact, POSSIBLE to never buy another GM product? I would be most interested in the outcome of your investigation because I am also looking into the possibility of never buying a Lear jet and would like to know the results of your research.
