When they sold their shares back in September the distribution was over .16 cents and they got over $17 per share.
I noticed that the capital expenditures increased right after the insiders sold.
They said it was due to the planned maintenance shutdown by the Orcutt electrical utility provider. They always seem to have an excuse. I guess I'll just hold for now.
this is a dangerous MLP; The decline rate on producing wells is very low (.2% based on a SA article). This tells me the prod is supported by aquifer (water drive); when water hits the wells you will have 0 prod; be careful
