A lot of optimism here, but

You are correct about guidance. I would like to redeem myself by clarifying that guidance is often implied though chosen wording, not explictly mentioned.

    • If you think I've made a lot of errors correct me. Using diluted shares only and a total shares figure of 2.4m and EPS for previous two quarters of .62 and .42 after the 4 for 3 split I am estimating the Sales will be 8.6m.....with EPS for 3Q ending Dec. 31, 2006 of .67 and I think the last quarter will have a EPS of .45 and Sales of 8.4m. Hopefully, sales for the year will be 33m and net income 5.2m. With 2.4m shares that's 2.16 for the year and at a price of 33 a share that's about a PE of 15. Whatever negatives were picked up by the slow down in the housing market will be countered by the increased demand by Eyeston (Jt. Venture) and the new business generated by reaching all those Canadian contractors with UUU's smoke alarms and GCFI and the increase in sales due to conduit materials. I might as will pick the release date. Tues, FEB 13. An opinion. Jeris
