    Excellent quarter by UVE.

Totally awesome! UVE has $0.40/sh in earnings for the quarter. I was hoping for $0.30/sh in EPS. I’m glad there are no analysts following this company. This keeps it off of the radar and allows me to get more stock in this gem. I could easily see UVE over $14/sh if these kind of results continue.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Yeah Baby!

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Now everyone is happy with the earnings. Here is my questoions for the management:

      1. You have over 350 Million in investments and you appointed the new manager over six months ago. Where are your returns? You only nshow $360 K which is partly. Who is stealing money. Investment manager is not doing the job. Last quarter there were over 6 Million dollars
      in returns.
      2. On reinsurnace they always state that they pay 43 percent in reinsurance, then why the reinsurance ceded number is so high on the over all scale. What is the rates for reinsurance on an overall basis.
The only postive thing I saw was that they have started moving out of Florida. In the last quarter they wrote over 10,000 policies in other state. This should put UVE in higher earnings category.
They are syaing on the conference call that business is generating more cash then they need to expand business. Please give is back to us. The money belong to the shareholders.

UVE is still a year away and needs honest management.

      Sentiment: Hold

    • My lucky day. UVE up 4.6% after earnings. AEL up 7.4% after it's earnings.
