I know oil prices are down a little this week, but does this really fundamentally change the value of the almost 1 million acres of land etc. here? This seems very undervalued. Anyone have a clear sense of what's this truly worth? More than $35 I hope.
Agree, true value would have to be over $100.00/share> This is not as crazy as it sounds. The sole purpose of this company is to reward its shareholders (technically former bond holders) with dividends and buy backs of existing shares from the float perpetually. Therefore, the longer you hold these shares, the more acres of land per share one owns. Look back 5 or 10 years from now and remember my words. GLTA.
