The lack of land sales in a quarter is not necessarily bad. In fact it is in TPLs interest not to sell land as they make money off of the land. This can be a very misunderstood company to people who are not on top of the situation.. In my estimation, the quarterly report was a good one. Time to load up.
I agree, I rather not see land sales unless it is at well above market price. They make more from mineral, grazing and other royalty rights over the long term and use that $$$ to decrease the share count.
