The spinoff shouldn't happen until HZO goes public, but the CEO of Zagg should make it clear that it is a possibility and he should explain that part of the value here is Zagg's investment in HZO. It isn't a well known technology by it has unlimited potential and really could turn this stock from a toad into a prince.
