    sell zagg and buy logi

much better management at logitech. zagg is too dependent on shield sales, which are shrinking. logitech is transforming each business segment and can increase profits even with minimal revenue growth. logitech is much better positioned to benefit from the growth in global markets than zagg. i just wish logitech had products for the iphone.

    • LOGI & SKUL are must sell and ZAGG is a must buy ...

Among all 3 accessory makers LOGI, SKUL & ZAGG the later is the best positioned and has the lowest P/E ratio for 2013 (LOGI 20.33, SKUL 41 & ZAGG 10.57) & 2014 (LOGI 32.24, SKUL 18.62 & ZAGG 8.83) and also the lowest PEG ratio (LOGI 1.15, SKUL 7.23 & ZAGG 0.87).

ZAGG is worth at lest 2013 P/E valuation of 20, which translates to about $9.2/share and 2014 P/E of about 18, which is about which is also about $9.9/share ...

On top of that it is now has probably over 36% of the float in short position, which makes ZAGG a good short squeeze candidate that could reach 1.5x to 2x of prospective valuation ... giving a potential PPS target of $15/share ...

    • I believe you that Logitech is the better company. But I'm not sure anyone should want to be in this space. None of the players have a good track record of shareholder wealth generation, including Logitech.

      • it has been a troubled sector, but the new ceo at logitech is transforming the company. the big difference between him and hales is that he is damping down expectations for the future (listen to the conference call), so he could easily hit/beat forecasts, whereas hales tries to ignore the challenges with his company so the probability they miss forecasts is big. the only thing i like better about zagg is the exposure to the smartphone market, but hales will find a way to pull defeat out of even the best market opportunities. logitech is also burdened with shrinking PC businesses, but they are doing a great job of managing that. bottom line, good management is always the difference. i will never again invest in a company where the management just cant execute (zagg).

      • Perhaps the only player who did right by shareholders was iFrogz, when ZAGG overpaid for them. LOL
