Shareholder Devaluation - Time for Richard to Resign and New Leadership to Run this Sinking Ship!

Richard is a terrible Chairman and CEO. He just does interviews and issues the same press releases over and over and over again. Meanwhile, the stock has been gutted...dropping 90% of its value in the past twelve months. Richard has failed to raise the necessary funds to get this technology to market. Management can't generate any sales volume or sign any major purchase agreements. The international distribution agreements have proven worthless (assuming these distributors are credible). IF the technology works so well, then why can't Richard and his team ramp sales or raise capital for it? And, Richard and his team are TERRIBLE investors...all of them bought PBIO stock 4-5x higher than the current stock price. Further lack of credibility, when the market sends your stock down so much after major insider buying.

PBIO is in MAJOR need of NEW LEADERSHIP or a MAJOR DEAL. Enough of the interviews, enough of the repetitive press releases. Either get a big deal closed or RESIGN IMMEDIATELY. The clock is ticking and shareholders are #$%$!
