    Insider buying means nothing

Come on now, it should be clear the only reason they are buying drips and drabs of stock is to lure investors into doing the same. Their share price is in the gutter and they appear to be broke. With such a small market cap, if they dont get the price up they'll have to give away the farm to get more capital.

They have struggled with this issue for a long time and are running out of options imo. Their recent financings have been for small amounts and the terms are getting more and more onerous.

Good technology but if you dont have all the parts of the puzzle such as management, financing, marketing etc , it' could be a big loser for shareholders.

    • Disagree. Did you listen to the conference call? All the pieces are in place, and it is only a matter of time. What makes this stock such a great buy IS the responsible management that doesn't just pile on the debt and dilute the stock. At these levels, this is a no-brainer and good for at least a 4X return...minimum.

      • My post was related to the insider buying specifically, not the company.

I agree with your opinion about the company with the exception that management hasn't shown the capability to fund this company sufficiently. The stock may be worth a speculation but the downside is 100%. in that they dont have $$ and are in danger of ceasing operations, as represented in their latest 10Q.

It must be difficult not having capital to run operations let alone finance a ramp in sales or continue funding necessary r&d. Many companies with great technology has failed for these very reasons.
