using your compiled list of transactions I get an average price of 5.61 at time of sales. A lot of people were selling at this price. This is history as you have well documented. What is the issue going foward ? I am missing it.Thanks.
ps. please note. as I stated earlier. sales wer made in a resonable manner. 2000 here and there.
The point I was making is that Ric hasn't sold that many shares. (Dollars received from sales are a function of shares and price and many insiders sold shares during the pop from February 2000 when they were able to.) You pointed out that no one is selling shares right now. The fact is, during Feb and Mar, if you saw the pop for what it was (I didn't) you would have sold and bought back a couple of months later. So, I wouldn't count those sales as indicative of anything.
I guess I don't understand what point you are trying to make. You said Ric sold plenty of shares, I say he hasn't sold all that much. (He still owns something around 1 MILLION shares in the company.) So just what is the issue for you?
Major: I don't know why you don't understand my point on Ric's sales of stock for the year 2000. Lets be on the same bus. Let's talk sales. Your messages are not very pellucid, You are trying to be like Brae Rabbit tell the fox not to throw him into the briar patch. I don't know if your old enought to remember that story.
I added up the sales before, and came up with a smaller number, but I was using Yahoo's insider data, so they may have missed a few items. (I am not 100% sure of my download now, as I did it rather quickly and didn't save. I just redid it, results below. It won't look that great, but you should be able to follow it.)
I believe the issue now is that people who take the time and effort to start a company, and then take it public, are not allowed to reap the rewards of their hard work. Simple.

You left all of the March 2000, sales 17,200 shares for $65,146 119,850 7,560 8,000 Total $200,556 I am not saying they shouldn't reap the profits. The point I am making was your statemet that Ric didn't sell much stock. I would say ahalf of a million dollars is a pretty good, sum wouldn't you agree.Oh by the way Ric does make $410,000 a year for his efforts.
