Good find SC. I wonder if RWE isn't the utility doing CSI's ELPS testing in Northern Germany to displace nuclear use. They made a very interesting comment in the article: "RWE will engage in local solar project development and also in solar businesses with private consumers abroad. This shift in focus is also approved by the local shareholders in the group... further risks taken in the direction of nuclear power development threaten creditworthiness." That sounds to me like banks are shying away from lending against nuclear plant investments, perhaps charging higher rates due to recent mishaps and shutdown risks.
On another note, JKS reported today... not good at all. A loss of $56.6 million, or -$2.55 per share. GM of only .7%. They've now dropped to $4.15/share. CSI's Q1 results are looking better than ever compared to the competition! We should be over $4.18 shortly.
