UTC has definitely lost it's ethical path. The company seems to have forgotten that ethics should be equal on all sides, customers, employer and employee's. Unfortunately I and many other co-workers will soon be ex-employee's because of their business ethics. We are required to attend ethics training a few times each year. I find strange a company this size requires the employee's be ethical but have such un-ethical business practices. UTC is all about it's money and DxxN it's employee's.
i find it interesting that Alain was promoted out of PW Canada to lead Hamilton and then the new UTAS division. Didn't PW Canada get fined by the gov't for selling technology to the Chinese? Shheesh talk about rewarding the wrong behavior.
I agree 100%. It is, in my opinion, the declining ethics within the corporation. They are squeezing at the expense of both customer and employee. Friends that have recently been laid off describe environments of "hooray for me and @#$1 you.
