ABT PLANNING TO STALL NEGOTIATIONS !!!!

In spite of protests by some posters, ABT MAY BE PLANNING A STALLING TACTIC with it's NEGOTIATIONS WITH DEPO for GRALISE.

    HERE is the LOGICAL REASON:

If ABT agrees to launch GRALISE, it will have to pay DEPO too much in ANNUAL ROYALTIES (15% to 20% of net sales) and MILESTONE PAYMENTS (up to $250 million). IT WOULD BE FAR LESS EXPENSIVE FOR ABT TO STALL NEGOTIATIONS SO IT DOESNT HAVE TO PAY THAT AMOUNT.

Naturally, ABT must also be EYING DEPO's mediators and arbitrators LOOKING TO PAY THEM OFF SO THAT THEY CAN STALL MEDIATION AND WIN ARBITRATION.

The KEY POINT is that ABT is NOT LIKELY TO BREAK THE CONTRACT until after ALL AVAILABLE TIME HAS LAPSED and THEY HAVE SUFFICIENTLY PAID OF ARBITRATORS AND MEDIATORS!!!

Given that the current market cap of DEPO is ONLY $450 million, and DEPO's cash position is only $100 million, IT IS LOGICAL TO ASSUME CASH RESERVES COULD EVAPORATE.

A sound LEGAL TEAM costs $25000 per HOUR, and there are 60 WORK HOURS PER WEEK, WHICH MEANS THAT if ABT STALL for EVEN LESS THAN 1 YEAR, DEPO WILL GO BANKRUPT.

ALL LOGICAL CEO's LIKE CP know THAT THEY CANNOT ALLOW BANKRUPTCY, so LIKELY CP WILL want to SELL THE COMPANY for a BIG LOSS compared to TODAY's PRICE. BECAUSE AFTER ABT has SUFFICIENTLY STALLED, DEPO's cash WILL HAVE EVAPORATED!

ABT will undoubtedly be able to acquire DEPO at $0.24/share. I REALIZE THAT MOST of YOU MAY BE UPSET with THIS PRICE, BUT THE logic IS AS CLEAR as ALEX JENZER's REAL IDENTITY!!!

IF ABT's STALLS in MEDIATION and ARBITRATION, which it MOST LIKELY WILL. DEPOMED WILL LOSE ALL OF THEIR CASH, faster THAN ISAAC USES the SHIFT KEY when writing a POST!

Therefore, there is NO POINT IN PROTESTING THE LIKELY UPCOMING BANKRUPTCY and PRICE DECLINE. DRIVE, falsely believes that a takeover cannot happen, BUT TAKEOVERS OF SMALL BIOTECH or pharmaceutical companies BY THEIR BIG-PHARMA partners are QUITE COMMON AFTER lenghty LITIGATIONS THAT have SUFFICIENTLY LOWERED THE STOCK PRICE to 24 cents.

In fact, as several posters have suggested on this board, the ENTIRE CONTRACT DISPUTE may have been ORCHESTRATED BY ABT to obtain a LOWER ACQUISITION PRICE.
