    shift of shares??

    If Newcastle bought shares, how soon would they need make an SEC filing?

    • Well...I can't quite remember the exact rules but it is a certain percentage change in ownership. Newcastle owns like 34M shares right? If their % ownership increases by something like 2.5% percent (or maybe 1%) they need to file an updated 13D/F. I think when selling they need report changes every 1% until it gets below 5%...or something like that. Regardless Newcastle will update all its reported holdings 45 days after Sept. 30 along with all the other hedge funds managing over $100M.

      I have seen large blocks trade in this stock isn't necessarily Newcastle or another major shareholders. It is only $250K...could be any number of people.

      Regardless this is a great little company. I'm not selling anytime soon.
