    Gotta Be Tax Selling

    Buying at the beginning of the year gave investors an almost 100% return. Can't blame them for cashing in.

    WHLM has a better balance sheet and outlook now than then so 2012 is stacking up to be a pretty good year too.

      I'm sure you didn't, but if you saw the S-1 that was filed on the 19th you would see that one (or more) of the big three shareholders want to start selling. I suspect that is the motivation for the reverse split...increase liquidity. I would also venture to guess the seller is Esch...he has ants in his pants. Let him will increase the float and increase the liquidity. I wonder how much cash the Company want to hold before they start buying back shares in sizable chucks. I can't imagine they need more than $5M or so to run the business. Oh course they have to pay the Miami earn-out soon...after that they are looking pun intended.
