I thought they were mildly disappointing, though about what I expected with sean-ie gone. They need a leader in there to help drive growth. Like the 10-Q says, they expect revenues to be flat to slightly down for the foreseeable future. Gross bookings were up nicely though in Q1. The WAM business seems to be doing well. The Miami-workout is almost paid and off the B/S. It then becomes a debt free company (sans the LOC)...I don't know how much cash they think they need to keep on balance sheet, but I would like to see some small buybacks before the year is out to get the ball rolling. 500K shares will cost $65K at the current price.
I wish I knew what was going on with the 93M shares that the insiders want to sell. Are they going to dribble those out over time or are they looking for a big block buyer? The latter I assume. What price are they willing to accept? Will Newcastle be the buyer of those shares? Will we see the reverse split? Who knows.
