No news...the Miami earnout should be paid in full by now. Status quo ops should generate $2-$3M in cash from operations per year. They don't need more than a couple of million to run the business...stock buybacks should start this year and hopefully accelerate in 2013, unless they want to make an acquisition of some sorts or other big investment.
