    • looks like the shares are finally poised to run back up. good late day trading. there is very little selling pressure at this juncture. few shares out there but the large blocks are gone. buyers are there as the bids keep popping up on level 2, but they are not yet bidding the price up. it will come very soon. company is far undervalued, especially if the economy is indeed gaining some traction.

    • I do not know whether the sellers are done, but they will be selling into higher prices as more IR is done by the Company.

You hit it on the head when you said recognition will finally come when Demandware stock is released to the Public in the forthcoming IPO led by two major Big Board Companies.....JP Morgan etc.

A quick comparison of the Balance Sheets, Revenues and Market Cap will indicate for the first time how undervalued PFSW is.

What i would like to see is a program put in place where the management of PFSW and its Board initiate quarterly stock dividends. I would say we start with the 10% dividend I had suggested to me in a recent chat I had with a substantial investor .

Based upon historic information of other listed Companies who do this the stock climbs back to the price it was within 5 to ten days if not sooner. It increases the float and all of a sudden the value added is an increased stock price. Once more it will bring eyeballs to PFSW

Tootsie Roll has been doing this for years!

    • Tend to agree with the above. I also believe the Demandware IPO will be very good for PFSweb. Looking for this stock to get rolling very soon. Will just take a catalyst. Very few shares available, but need some buying interest to get it going. A little hesitation about the selling yesterday may have kept some away today. A bit more confidence and this should take off. It was $3.48 early on Tuesday morning.

    • no way of telling for sure if the seller is indeed done, but i agree with you that the shares should trend toward $4 by month end. The company FINALLY appears to be serious about increasing shareholder valuation. Their stable of luxury brands makes them an attractive target so Layton et al need to get the share price up to keep any potential acquiror at bay. The company's major shareholders would sell this in a heartbeat if EBay, AMZn or someone else came calling for $100MM or more.

L'oreal news has been around for awhile, but very nice to see it confirmed and know their are two more brands coming out. Also, these deals get more profitable after a year or so after launch. 5 year deal is very nice.

Looking for Kraft news this month. They are rolling out Gevalia as well as other brands this month.

Forget what the price is right now. The company is going to be at or in excess of $10MM in EBITDA for 2012 and still growing well in excess of 20%. It will have a much higher valuation. There is no doubt. Just don't know when it will happen. Sidoti, Stifel, Craig Hallum, GS (they are doing Demandware) could spark it at any moment with a recommendation. There is hardly any float out there once people start buying.

BTW, there is no way the company has purchased anywhere near its allotment in the repurchase program.
